Bilateral research cooperation in Ethiopia

The overall objective of the research cooperation in Ethiopia is to strengthen the capacity of Ethiopian higher education and research to meet the poverty reduction strategy of the country by supporting PhD programme expansion and capacity building.

ISP has been assigned by Sida as the coordinating entity for the Swedish activities in the bilateral programme with Addis Ababa University (AAU) since 2018.

The programme phase is from 1 July, 2018 to 31 December, 2024.
