Digitise your old thesis

The Library offers you who have a PhD at Uppsala University help to digitise your doctoral thesis and make it available in DiVA. It will then be searchable in LIBRIS, SwePub and Google Scholar as well.

The offer does not apply to licentiate theses.

Agreement for approval

We need your approval to digitise and publish your thesis:

1. Download the agreement for approval (pdf) Pdf, 163 kB.
2. Choose between

• signing digitally in the PDF file
• printing, signing by hand and photographing or scanning the agreement.

3. Send the signed agreement by email to ask.library@ub.uu.se.
