Uppsala University's employee policy aims to make visible the common values contained in the document Goals and Strategies, by concretising and clarifying employees' responsibilities, attitudes and expected behaviour. The staff policy covers all employees, regardless of role.

My role as a public sector employee - common ground rules
To help you as a new employee to learn more about what it means to be employed at Uppsala University, we recommend a web-based training that provides you with fundamental knowledge about being a civil servant. The training takes between 35 and 45 minutes to complete.
