Kort presentation
The focus of my research is on Epidemiology, Taxonomy and Evolution of microorganisms. I am coordinating the Infectious diseases work package within Genomic Medicine Sweden in Region Uppsala and lead the work package “Microbiology” in Clinical Genomics Uppsala.
