Kort presentation
Kirill Filimonov är Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellow (2024–2026) och genomför ett forskningsprojektet om hur oberoende ryska medier i exil påverkar konfliktdynamik i det pågående kriget i Ukraina. Han är även associerad forskare vid École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) i Paris.
