Kort presentation
Jag är universitetslektor, docent och excellent lärare vid institutionen för pedagogik, didaktik och utbildningssociologi. Min undervisning och forskning handlar framför allt om ledarskap i klassrummet, effektiv undervisning, frånvaro och fortbildning av lärare.
För närvarande är jag forskningsledare för IBIS-projektet.
2020 mottog jag Uppsala universitets Pedagogiska Pris.

Forskning
Jag är forskningsledare för IBIS-projektet, där vi implementerar och utvärderar IBIS-programmet på ungefär 350 skolor. IBIS-programmet är ett svenskt program som baseras på programmet Positive Behavior Support.
