ISP Mathematics supports eight networks:

- CoRS - Combinatorial Research Studio, with nodes in Ethiopia, Madagascar and Uganda
- EAALG - Eastern Africa Algebra Research Group, with nodes in Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sudan, Uganda and Zambia
- EANWoBAS - Eastern Africa Network for Women in Basic Sciences, with nodes in Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia
