Call for funds: Development of courses in lifelong learning 2026–2027

• Prompt Engineering/Prompt Design - designing prompts for AI systems
• Multidisciplinary project management - leading complex teams with diverse backgrounds

The call is also open for course ideas outside these four proposals.

The teacher or group of teachers who develops a course can receive SEK 80,000 in development funding. The course must be offered as a stand-alone course and be ready to start in HT2026 or VT2027. The syllabus must be adopted by NUN/TUN by February 2026.

Support offered includes:

• pedagogy course focusing on teaching for professionals
• customized Studium templates
• access to the recording studio at Blåsenhus.

What the application should contain

• purpose and content of the course
• target group and eligibility requirements
• needs analysis - why the course is needed
• course structure (format, teaching methods)
• scope of the course (number of credits, pace of study)
• description of the competence and experience of the teaching staff
• development plan including budget and implementation plan, approved by head of department.

Requirements for applicants after decision on award

Participation in the course “Teaching professionals - pedagogy and course structure”.

Requirements for follow-up

After the first implementation, an evaluation report must be submitted. The report should highlight in particular how the course design met the needs of the target group.

About the course design

The courses must be fully developed and ready to be given during HT2026 or VT2027. They must cover 2-4 credits and be given at a maximum of 20% study rate. The format should be distance or hybrid (combination of online and physical meetings).
