Student services and scheduling

The Student Services Unit handles scheduling issues regarding engineering programmes, as well as programs within earth sciences, chemistry, mathematics, and sustainable development.

Schedling for other programmes and courses is handled by respective department.

Submit schedule draft as course responsible teacher

As the course responsible teacher, you can choose to submit a new schedule draft for your course or let the schedulers use the previous course instance as a basis for scheduling.

Please note that submitting a schedule outline is only a request and not a guarantee of specific days or times. As the students in science and engineering take several courses simultaneously, combined with restrictions in availability for teachers and rooms, it's not possible to guarantee specific scheduling requests.

Therefore, it's not advisable to submit detailed plans for specific days and times of teaching. However, it's always a good idea to communicate any dates when course teachers are unavailable.
