Short courses for professionals

To improve opportunities for continuing education for professionals with specialist expertise, the government is making a targeted investment in short courses for professionals in the areas of the green transition, batteries and technology, as well as nuclear engineering.

The aim is for the funds to contribute to the development of a particularly qualified range of courses that can eventually be offered as commissioned training or credit-bearing higher education courses.

We would like the courses to be given in Swedish, but this is not a requirement.

In 2025, the Faculty of Science and Technology has allocated funds for course development (SEK 250,000 per course) to 11 courses. For 2027, additional funds will be available for more courses.
