Five post doc positions available for the Compel community at Uppsala University

CompelUU launches a call for two-year post doc positions hosted at Uppsala University. In total five positions are available. Eligible to apply are research leaders at Uppsala University. The applicant has to commit to actively contribute to the Compel Community activities. The call comprises the following parts of the battery value chain: materials, battery cell design, materials and battery processing, battery system integration and recycling.

The supervisor and the deputy supervisor are expected to come from two different scientific fields. Both supervisors should be named and the role of each supervisor should be clearly defined in the application to ensure a true cross-disciplinary focus for the post-doc who is to be hired.

Applications should be at most two pages and contain the following:

1. Project title,
2. Introduction to the topic at large,
3. The main research questions to be addressed,
4. Relevance to battery value chain and quality of contribution to Compel environment,
5. A brief project plan including expected outcomes,
6. A description of the department where the post-doc will be employed and the environment where the post doc will be acting.

Short CVs (max two pages) for each of the two supervisors should be appended.

The applications will be evaluated by the Compel platform members and the decisions will be taken by leadership of the Faculty of Science and Technology
