Digital media use
Internet gaming disorder is a condition that needs further research. The use of digital media, both gaming and social media, has increased significantly among children and adolescents in recent years, which is why it is important to understand the consequences of and motives for excessive use of digital media.
Project description
In this project, we want to increase knowledge about the association between internet gaming disorder and other psychiatric conditions over time, and gain a better understanding of how adolescents with ADHD relate to digital games and social media, with the aim of creating and evaluating interventions for problematic use of digital media in child and adolescent psychiatry.
