Appointment specifications/announcements must follow faculty templates. Text that is not in italics must not be changed. It is taken from Uppsala University’s regulations and must be displayed in the advertisement. However, do elaborate where possible (italicised text) to create a clearer picture of the particular position.

When all documents have been received via Varbi, the recruitment process can continue and the matter is processed in the Faculty Board’s Working Committee. After that, the Faculty Office arranges advertisement in consultation with the department.
