BUP IROs Network
This network is for colleagues working with internationalisation issues at BUP participating universities. The network aims to foster stronger collaboration, partnerships, and closer connections, within The Baltic University Programme, particularly in the areas of internationalisation and sustainability.
The initiative to create the BUP IROs Network came from colleagues at the Center for International Cooperation at the University of Ostrava. The idea was supported by the participants at the BUP meeting of International Relations Officers (IROs) on 7-8 October 2024. Around 50 colleagues from the International Relations Offices (IROs) at BUP participating universities gathered at the University of Ostrava to discuss issues related to internationalisation and cooperation such as Erasmus, European Alliances, and so on. Thus, the meeting led to the establishment of the BUP IROs Network.
