The Baltic University Programme (BUP)
The Baltic University Programme (BUP) is a university cooperation with more than 110 participating universities located in ten countries in the Baltic Sea Region.
We foster education, research and cooperation in the fields of sustainable development and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) with a focus on our ten BUP themes.
We aim to support building strong regional educational and research communities, as well as organising academic events for students. We support the key role that universities play in a democratic, peaceful, and sustainable development.
