Specification of the different types of remuneration

Below you can read about the compensation you can get and how to register it.


The OB allowance should be per hour and reported in Primula web:

Simple OB supplement

- between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays

32 SEK

Qualified OB supplement

- between 19.00 on a Friday and 07.00 on a Monday,
- between 19.00 on a day before Twelfth Night, May 1st, Ascension Day, National Day and 07.00 on the closest following weekday
- further between 22.00 and 06.00.

61 SEK

Incremental OB supplement

- between 19.00 on Maundy Thursday and 07.00 on the day following Easter Monday,
- between 19.00 on the day before Midsummer’s Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve and 07.00 on the weekday closest following the holiday eve

Hourly paid teaching is subject to individual wage setting. Hourly remuneration per clock hour must be agreed between the employee and the employer before work begins.

Unsocial working hours

For scheduled teaching hours, at least half of which are completed after 6 p.m. or Saturday-Sunday, a salary supplement of SEK 160 per teaching hour is paid. No supplement is paid to those who receive compensation for overtime.

Exam attendant hourly remuneration

173 SEK

Exam attendant main responsibility: For the person with the main responsibility during an examination a supplement of 37 SEK/hour is provided.

Hourly remuneration other

Other hourly payments not specified above, indicate the agreed hourly rate. Register hours worked in Primula web.

One-time remuneration is registered in Primula web by the designated person at the institution/equivalent. One-time compensation should only be paid for temporary assignments, in the case of recurring compensation, hourly compensation should be reported.
