Bioinformatician at National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS). Working with analysis of next generation sequencing data primarily bulk RNA-Seq, single-cell and spatial RNA-Seq, methylation arrays and other biological data.
Previously worked on haploid selection in zebrafish, honey bee population genetics and honey bee virology.
