Department or faculty agreement
This type of agreement is between your major’s department or faculty at your home university and the corresponding department or faculty at Uppsala University. These exchange students are supported by the relevant department or faculty for all aspects of their programme.
Application
The application process for students nominated for exchange studies through department or faculty agreements is handled by the individual department or faculty at Uppsala University. The link to the application form will be provided by your home university coordinator or sent to you by your Uppsala University contact after you have been nominated. Your home university coordinator or your department/faculty coordinator at Uppsala University should be able to provide you with more information about the procedure in your specific case.
If you are unsure whether your home university has a university-wide agreement or a department or faculty agreement, ask your home university’s exchange coordinator.
Application deadline
Exchange students coming through a department or faculty agreement may have different deadlines than the university-wide agreements. Please check with your department's or faculty's coordinator to find out which deadlines are relevant for your exchange studies and what form to use.
