Short presentation
Donal Casey is an Associate Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at the Department of Business Studies. Donal is a socio-legal and regulatory governance scholar whose research is broadly concerned with the transnational regulation of risk and new technologies. His research has been published in Regulation & Governance, the European Law Journal and the Journal of Law and Society. Donal is the principal investigator for the WASP-HS Research Project: AI-Based RegTech.
