Short presentation
I hold a M.Sc. in Pharmacy from Uppsala University and since June 2024 I have been pursuing a PhD in pharmacotherapy at Uppsala University and Uppsala University Hospital while working as a clinical pharmacist part-time.
Research
I am doing my PhD within the project IMPACT-care (Improved Medication Information and Patient Involvement At Care Transitions). A project aimed at improving communication about medication changes at hospital discharge to increase patient safety and reduce unnecessary healthcare-associated injuries.
