Short presentation

In my research, I intend to explore how the proliferation and normalization of digital services makes it increasingly difficult for people to evaluate their meaningful contribution, leading to cycles of unconscious and unsustainable dependence on them. I want to clarify why it is so hard to slow down the proliferation of these services, despite the brewing cultural opinion that they fail to contribute to genuine happiness.
