Mattias Dahlberg reappointed to the Swedish Council for Advance Tax Rulings

The Swedish government has decided to reappoint Mattias Dahlberg, professor of fiscal law, as a member of the Council for Advance Tax Rulings for an additional three-year term of service ending 30 June 2022.
Upon application, the Council renders advance rulings on matters of tax law that may affect both individuals and companies. The Council for Advance Tax Rulings is organised under the Ministry of Finance and its office is part of the Swedish Tax Agency. Advance rulings can be appealed against immediately to the Supreme Administrative Court with no leave to appeal required.
The members of the Council are tax experts from courts, government agencies, universities and business.
