Entry requirements

120 credits in science/engineering with 75 credits in physics, chemistry, materials engineering and/or materials science. 15 credits in mathematics. Participation in Introduction to Materials Science (10 credits) and Materials Synthesis and Characterisation. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course

Material synthesis and characterisation as well as material theory, practical work in focus. A group of two students will work together on a project where they exchange knowledge to solve a problem. The project can be either experimental or computationally oriented, or both.
