Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, the student should be able to
- account for the different stages of the construction process.
- account for and describe various types of contract and payment forms.
- describe which laws and regulations that influence the parties in the construction process.
- explain the principles that are used at establishment of bidding basics, with consideration taken to the praxis of the AMA-system.
- describe and account for different construction starting plans that are generated prior to the construction start and under the construction process.
- describe and account for different procurement forms.
Content
The course deals with the central parts in the construction process: Laws and regulations, different parties at the workplace, contract forms and compensation forms, choices and rules for different procurement forms.
