General provisions
The course is part of the Bachelor Programmes in Building Conservation and Objects Conservation.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to put conservation in a professional context. For each project, a project syllabus will be drawn up with specific learning outcomes.
Content
The course consists of project work carried out partly or wholly at the establishment of a client, combined with relevant reading. The project should be problem-oriented and well-focused. As necessary, the student will have access to supervision by a teacher who is knowledgeable in the area or a person selected by the client.
Instruction
The course will be carried out in the form of project work with associated practical field exercises and reading.
Assessment
The grade awarded for the course will be either Pass or Fail. To obtain the grade Pass, the project work must be carried out in accordance with the syllabus that has been drawn up and an approved final report.
