Course options

Students must be registered for at least 22.5 credits per semester (i.e., 75% of fulltime studies).

In addition, 75% of the registered credits must be in courses given by the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Please consider that most courses taught in English are at an advanced level, with a pre-requisite of at least 150 credits.

Students must thereafter apply in MoveOn

Entry requirements are found in the course syllabus online. Please check these thoroughly and be aware that there can be subject specific requirements for many courses.

Grading system 30 credits corresponds to 30 ECTS

Pharmaceutical Student Union

As a pharmacy student at Uppsala University, you have the opportunity to become a member of the Pharmaceutical Student Union, also called Farmis. Farmis was founded in 1896 and since then we have montiored your education quality and ensured students’ interests and created community among all pharmacy students. The daily operations of the Pharmaceutical Student Union are run by your future fellow students and colleagues at our union house Pharmen.

Farmis also arranges Pharmada, the career fair where many of our pharmacy students meet their future employers.
