Being physically active is good for your whole body. Being active gives you the opportunity to meet new people with similar interests. Both nature experiences and sports have many benefits for your well-being. Physical activity can give you better concentration, memory, and increased creativity. You will get better sleep, more energy, and reduced stress and anxiety. The recommendation is 20–30 minutes of movement five days a week.

Student sports associations, student unions, and student nations offer a large range of activities. They offer everything from yoga and tai chi to floorball and running groups.

Campus1477 in Uppsala
Campus1477 is the students' training facility in Uppsala. It offers gym and group training, league games in various sports and tournaments. Through a collaboration between Campus1477 and the Student Health Service, you can become free student sports members and gain access to a wide range of sports, exercise and outdoor activities.
