To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please avoid sending multiple emails about the same issue. Once you have submitted a case, it is registered and will be handled as soon as possible.
If you need to provide additional information, please reply to the confirmation email you received when your case was registered.
Extra IT support on campus
Uppsala University's IT support will be on site on campus at the start of the semester to answer questions about student accounts, wireless networks and printing. Welcome!
Service points on campus
At the service points, students can get help from IT Support with Eduroam, Eduprint printing, and multi‑factor authentication (MFA). For all other questions, please contact the IT support.
