Short presentation
My main research interests are citizenship, civic integration, language policy, migration, minority policy, bordering, the far right, and repatriation/deportation. In my ongoing research, I primarily investigate how states assess individuals' language skills, behaviors and values as part of their citizenship/border politics. I teach international politics and supervise undergraduate theses in political science.
