PhD student and Registered Dietitian
Biography
I got my undergraduate degrees at Uppsala University. I have several years of working experience as a clinical dietitian. During my work as a dietitian I mainly meet people with or at risk of malnutrition due to cancer disease and/or cancer treatment.
Research
My doctoral project is about the organisation and practice of food and meal provision for hospital inpatients with emphasis on improvement initiatives.
