Biography
Dr. Ingyin Moe is a medical doctor and health economist from Myanmar, dedicated to advancing health equity. She holds an MSc in Public Health with a specialization in Health Economics from Umeå University (2022). With extensive experience in leading and expanding healthcare services to the under-served populations in hard-to-reach areas of LMIC setting, Dr. Moe is an advocate for health equity. She has a keen interest in policy development and health system strengthening, particularly in resource-constrained settings.
