Dr. Ingyin Moe is a medical doctor and health economist from Myanmar with over five years of experience in public health within low-resource settings. Her work has focused on extending healthcare services to underserved communities, particularly in hard-to-reach areas of Myanmar. With an MSc in Public Health specializing in Health Economics from Umeå University, Dr. Moe brings expertise in both hands-on healthcare delivery and strategic health economics.

Passionate about health system strengthening and effective health policy, Dr. Moe is driven by her commitment to creating sustainable solutions for vulnerable populations. Now, as a doctoral candidate in health economics, she focuses on evaluating the health and economic impacts of interventions that promote child health and school outcomes, aiming to provide evidence that shapes impactful policy.
