Josefina Erikson is an Associate professor and Senior lecturer in the Department of Government.
Her research interests include gender and politics, political institutions, Swedish politics, new institutional theory and qualitative methods. In her most recent research projects she engages with gender equality in legislatures, conditions for political leadership, historical perspectives on women's political inclusion, and policy struggles in the European Union.
