Gauss Award to Professor of Systems Modeling

Peter Stoica, Professor of Systems Modeling at the Department of Information Technology, has been awarded the 2019 IEEE SPS Carl Friedrich Gauss Education Award.
The motivation reads "“for lifetime contributions to education and mentoring in statistical signal processing.” The award will be presented to Peter Stoica at the opening ceremony of ICASSP 2020, held in Barcelona in 2020.
