What should we be eating nowadays? Choosing the right food is important for both our health and the environment, according to the new Nordic Nutrition Recommendations. “Health and the environment often go hand in hand,” says Eva Warensjö Lemming, a researcher in food studies, nutrition and dietetics and medical epidemiology at Uppsala University.

She has formed part of the working group that has produced the new and updated nordic nutritional recommendations. Several hundred researchers have been involved in the project over a period of almost five years.
