What do you think about our systems?

If you have ideas or feedback on any of the systems or tools within the e-area, you are welcome to get in touch. Perhaps you have suggestions for functionality or services related to teaching and learning that are currently missing? The quickest way to raise the issue is by contacting the e-Learning Coordinator for your disciplinary domain, who can bring it up at an e-Learning Group meeting.

You can also submit your idea directly to support. Incoming requests are added to a list that is regularly reviewed in e-area meetings. Some requests are forwarded to the supplier, while others require in-house development. The latter are discussed with the e-Learning Coordinators and the e-Learning Group to determine whether the request benefits all users or is more specific. If the group decides it is a general need, it must be prioritised and resources requested via the e-area’s steering group.

Whether you submit your request to IT support or the e-Learning Coordinator, it is always valuable to reach out. Sometimes, a solution already exists that you may not have considered, and in other cases, it may be easy to implement.
