Print and Copy

eduPrint is Uppsala University's central printing system. It is a follow-print-system, meaning that you can fetch your print-out at any one of the eduPrint printers at the university.

You can also copy and scan on the printers. Everyone can scan to e-mail, employee can scan to file share and to Sunet Box and students can scan to any of five available cloud storages. Students and library visitors are required to pay for their print-out and document scans. For all employees except those on the "Övrig verksam mini" plan, printouts and document scanning are included in the IT charge up to a certain amount. The eduPrint printers come in two sizes, one larger model that supports both A3 and A4 paper size and equipped with stapling functionality, and one smaller model with only A4 printing and no built-in stapling. Both models have print, copy and scan functions in both colour/black & white and single- and double sided printing, copying and scanning.
