Easit Case Management

In any organization, there is often a need to manage many different types of cases. University IT Services and many other departments at Uppsala University use the centrally managed case management system Easit.

The system is used to handle a large volume of cases and enables the distribution and processing of requests, inquiries, and fault reports of various types and levels of priority.

It can, for example, be used to process incoming documents via email or through forms on the Support Portal. Other use cases may include employee onboarding/offboarding, booking requests, or user support.

At Uppsala University, there are currently around 500 case handlers across approximately 20 different departments. Together, they manage over 170,000 cases per year.

Are you interested in using Easit in your department or do you have any questions? Send your inquiries to itsupport@uu.se — we’re happy to discuss what you hope to achieve with your case management.

  • Training of sub-administrators who perform basic configuration and act as contact persons both within their own organization and with the Easit specialist.
  • Support for sub-administrators is provided by an Easit specialist.

Pricing

Establishing a standard process costs SEK 10,000. This includes the creation of a case management form in Easit according to your specifications. If you need additional forms, want to use the Support Portal, or create standard responses, an additional fee of SEK 5,000 per task applies.
