Easit Case Management
Within an organisation, there is often a need to manage many types of cases. University IT Services and many other functions at Uppsala University use the university-wide case management system, Easit.
Case Management at Uppsala University
Easit currently has some 700 administrators in approximately 80 administrator groups at Uppsala University, representing widely diverse parts of the organisation but all using a common tool to ensure cohesive case management. Between us, we manage over 100,000 cases a year.
Easit is administered by University IT Services according to an established e-administration plan, based on requirements and requests from users conveyed via a reference group. Learn more about Uppsala University’s e-administration model.
The Easit Servicedesk is a case management system developed and operated in Sweden by Easit AB.
