About the course
The course covers the following aspects of electric propulsion systems:
a) components such as microcontrollers, timers and interrupts
b) digital communication (I2C and SPI)
c) analogue to digital conversion
d) industrial sensors (Hall-effect, ultrasound, temperature)
e) thermal losses in semiconductors (diodes/IGBT/MOSFET)
f) use of power electronics for motor control. Function and control of electric motors (DC/BLDC)
