About the course
The course introduces modern agile development methods in software engineering and the underlying philosophies behind them. Students are given an overview of both historical and contemporary agile methods, such as XP and Scrum, as well as principles for managing and conducting agile projects. The course also addresses situational adaptation, evaluation, and reporting of agile work. A comprehensive practical project provides hands-on experience in applying agile principles and methods.
