About the course
The course focuses on analyzing and evaluating management approaches and governance frameworks relevant to digital transformation. Different conceptualizations of digital transformation are examined, with project management as a key tool for implementation. The course addresses data and IT governance in portfolios and programs, as well as organizational, sustainability, and technological impacts. Emerging digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, VR, and blockchain, are explored in relation to organizational innovation.
