About the course

Through the course, you will understand how to develop a protein-based biological drug further after the initial proposed design of the drug. You will work on designing experiments to analyse if the biological drug has the predicted effect and in-depth formulate which indication you should treat and which diagnostic tools can be used to find the right patient group. They will also develop a target products profile (TPP) for the drug candidate and based on this formulate a quality TPP. With this base, they will learn more about analytical tools that can be used during the process development of a drug and also gain an understanding of how the drug and/or its effects can be measured in biological samples by e.g. mass spectrometry.
