Kort presentation
I am an Associate Professor of Computational Genomics in the Dept. of Immunology, Genetics and Pathology. I obtained my PhD in Bioinformatics in 2010 from the Dept. of Cell and Molecular Biology. My research aims at characterizing and understanding factors that influence abundance levels of plasma proteins and use this knowledge to develop personalized models for biomarker discovery in non-communicable diseases and for prediction of personal characteristics from plasma protein profiles
