Kort presentation
Charles Parker is Professor of Political Science and chair of the board for CNDS. He has published extensively on climate change politics, leadership, EU civil protection cooperation, crisis management success and failure, and whether disruptive disasters can contribute to meaningful policy action. His most recent publications are “The Trump Administration and the COVID-19 crisis” and “Exploring disaster impacts on adaptation actions in 549 cities worldwide.” He is on X @Parker_CF
