Short presentation
In 2018, Axel defended his PhD thesis on Active Labour Market Policy in the EU and the OECD. He is currently principal investigator of the project Parties, Politicians, and Personal Ties: An Individual-Based Approach to Coalition Formation Research and participates in the projects The Politics of Public Investment and Aging Migrants, Labor Market Transitions, and the Welfare State.
