Short presentation

Frida Höglund has a background as a social worker and currently holds a fixed-term appointment as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Work, Uppsala University. She earned her PhD in 2026.

Her research interests concern social interaction and human service organisations. In her PhD project, she used Conversation Analysis (CA) to examine frontline work in digital text-based interaction between clients and practitioners at the social services and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
