Frida Höglund is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Social Work, Uppsala University.

Her research interests concern social interaction and human service organisations. In her PhD project, she uses Conversation Analysis (CA) to examine frontline work in digital text-based interaction between clients and practitioners at the social services and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

The doctoral project is part of the research project Equal terms?.
