ACTRIS – the Aerosol, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure
ACTRIS (The Aerosol, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure) is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), where 17 countries pool their resources in atmospheric science.
ACTRIS provides access to a wide range of services for observations, experiments, models, satellite data, analyses, and forecasting tools as well as technical platforms for studying atmospheric processes in environmental and climate research. Sweden is a member of ACTRIS, and the Swedish node is closely linked to ICOS.
Lund University serves as the host of ACTRIS, and other participants are the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute plus the other partner universities of Uppsala University, University of Gothenburg and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
