About the course
Target group
Researchers with no or little previous leadership experience who don't hold a leadership position today.
Aim
The aim of the course is to equip researchers with skills to navigate everyday leadership challenges and give the opportunity to reflect on what leadership in academia might mean.
Content
This hands-on course equips researchers with the skills to navigate everyday leadership challenges. You will, among other things, learn more about professional conversations, resolving conflicts and leading meetings with confidence, even when you’re not in an official leadership role.
Through a combination of interactive learning, concise microlectures, and extensive practical exercises you will get the opportunity to build your leadership toolbox and gain the tools, insights, and confidence needed to lead in everyday situations at work.
Peer tutorial groups
Smaller, facilitated peer tutorial groups to share experiences and learn together are an integrated part of the course.
