About the Seminar
The training via Zoom lasts for two hours and is aimed at:
- Head of department, line manager/supervisor/equivalent
- Local HR-generalist/equivalent
- Equal opportunities representatives
- Equal opportunities working groups/equivalent
The purpose of the training is to enhance the department's/equivalent's ability to implement proactive measures to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace, in accordance with the requirements of the Discrimination Act.
The goal is that after completing the training, participants will:
- know what requirements the law imposes, what steering documents and support documents exist at the university and how they can organise their preventive equal opportunities work.
- understand what is considered discrimination, the differences between different forms of discrimination and how they can counteract it in their organisation in a systematic way.
- feel motivated to start or develop their systematic equal opportunities work in different areas.
