Förvaltningsrätt – Administrative law
This is a one-day course in Swedish on the fundamentals of administrative law for all employees at Uppsala University. As employees of a government agency, we are under obligation to execute our duties in a prompt, professional and legally correct manner. This course explores the laws and rules that we must all abide by at Uppsala University.

The course aims to give participants an overview of administrative law and insight into when it is appropriate to contact the Legal Affairs Division.

- Basics of administrative law, including conflict of interest and the exercise of public authority
- Public access and confidentiality: What is a public document, and when can one be classified as confidential?
